What is a Virtual Assistant?
A virtual assistant, often known as a VA, is a professional business owner who assists business owners, entrepreneurs, and other busy professionals with administrative, marketing, project management, creative, and technical support. Virtual assistants operate from home and have access to their own computers and software. A virtual assistant (VA) can assist with any work or project that would normally be handled by an on-site employee. A successful VA typically works with several clients and is continually updating their knowledge, abilities, and technology in order to provide exceptional service. VAs are independent contractors who are only paid for the time it takes to do each assignment.
What are the benefits to hire a Virtual Assistant?
The nicest part about hiring a virtual assistant is that you receive immediate access to a highly-skilled professional, but just when you need it. Compare the price of hiring a full-time employee with hiring a virtual assistant. It’s almost twice as much! Using a virtual assistant reduces your overhead, as well as any employee benefits, taxes, and insurance that you would otherwise have to pay for. You just pay for the time we spend working on your project or chores; there is no downtime.

A 13th-month bonus must be given every year at the conclusion of the year it is given to every Filipino VA. For a monthly bonus as a thank you for helping you expand your business and that the bonus will be up to the business owners if they are charitable enough to give bonuses. So, it’s not required.
